Job Summary
The Student Accounts Student Worker position is responsible for providing excellent and timely customer service to all students and other customers. Student Worker may be required to work inside the Student Accounts office to operate the CanesCard equipment, answer questions in person or over the phone, to work events, and assist the employees of the Student Accounts office. This position will report to the Student Account Director.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service over the phone or in person.
Operate the CanesCard equipment
Assist Student Account employees
Work events such as Storm Days, ect
Other Duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
ยฟ Must be a full-time or part-time student at GSW.
ยฟ Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA
ยฟ Must be Federal Workstudy eligible
ยฟ Promptness, dependability/reliability a must.
ยฟ Attention to detail.
ยฟ Excellent communication skills
ยฟ Excellent customer service skills.
