  • Read and follow drawings, plans, and instructions to lay out and install rebar correctly.
  • Coordinate with your crew and foreman to keep work progressing on schedule while maintaining safety standards.
  • Use tools and equipment correctly, maintain a clean work area, and help identify and solve issues in the field.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently completes assigned rebar work on time, with minimal rework, on multiple bridge and highway structures.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of plans and layouts and can be trusted with more complex areas of the project.
  • Works safely every day, follows company safety procedures, and helps teammates do the same.
  • Earns the confidence of crew leaders by showing reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and take on more responsibility.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven rebar/rodbusting experience on construction projects, ideally bridge or highway work.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in demanding conditions, including heights.
  • Reliable transportation and a track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
  • Team-first mindset, strong work ethic, and pride in doing high-quality, durable work.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $23.00 - $31.50 per hour, based on experience, with higher pay available for NCCER certification.
  • Health benefits after 90 days of employment.
  • 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 1 year.
  • Training and growth opportunities with a company that invests in new technology, robotics, and smarter systems.
How to Apply
