What is a work-study job?

A work-study job is a part-time position offered to eligible students as part of a federal or institutional work-study program. These jobs typically provide flexible hours and are designed to help students earn money to pay for education expenses while gaining work experience on or near campus.

What job makes $10,000 a month without a degree?

Some high-paying jobs that can reach $10,000 a month without a degree include certain sales roles, real estate agents, and skilled trades like electricians or plumbers, especially with experience and certifications. These positions often require strong skills, networking, and sometimes licensing but not necessarily a college degree.

What jobs pay 2000 a day?

Work study positions typically do not pay $2000 a day, as they are part-time roles designed for students with limited hours and wages. High-paying jobs that can reach this level usually require specialized skills, extensive experience, or work in fields like consulting, finance, or entrepreneurship, often involving significant responsibilities or freelance work. Such roles are uncommon and generally not associated with standard work study programs.

What are examples of work-study jobs?

Work-study jobs include positions such as library assistants, administrative aides, research assistants, tutoring roles, and campus event staff. These jobs typically involve on-campus work, require adherence to specific schedules, and often provide opportunities to develop skills relevant to students' fields of study.
