Purpose
Provide part-time front desk support to the Economics Department.
Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Making photocopies
  • Assisting with department events
  • Maintaining departmental cleanliness
  • Running errands
  • Receiving mail, packages, and other deliveries
  • Overseeing inventory of supplies
  • Proctoring make-up exams
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Federal Work-Study Award.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior work experience in a customer service or office environment.
Hourly Rate
$12.50
Working Conditions
Office environment. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Shift
10 hours per week between M-F 8am-5pm, with occasional Saturday events.
