JOB TITLE:
Work Study - Office Aide
DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:
Academic Advising Center that provides advising and support for the College of Education students who are pursuing a program in a teacher preparation field.
Job location: McWhinnie Hall room 100
Pay rate or range: $12.00
JOB PURPOSE:
Support the College of Education Student Success Center in scanning and uploading documents into an online database.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scanning documents, data entry, and filing. Helping Office Associate by greeting guests, and occasionally answering phone calls.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: No minimum education required. No specific major required for this position. College of Education majors would find this type of work enhancing their knowledge of teacher preparation programs and requirements.
Experience: Data entry, scanning experience.
Other Requirements: Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
