  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities—and translate them into compelling event solutions.
  • Collaborate with Executive Producers, Creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions from pitch to execution.
  • Evaluate inbound leads and prioritize based on strategic fit and revenue potential.
  • Deliver strategic sales presentations that align with client objectives and highlight our capabilities.
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally to help ensure project delivery exceeds expectations.
  • Attend and engage in industry-related events, including trade shows and client events, to promote the brand and drive new business.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales on pipeline strategy, forecasting, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Support media and creative teams with strategic insights and facilitate cross-team communication.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to refining the sales process using SharpSpring and other tools.
What You’ll Bring
  • A positive mindset, “can-do” attitude, and insatiable curiosity for personal and professional growth.
  • Proven success in event sales—especially within the experiential market, creative agencies, or full-service production environments.
  • 5–8+ years of sales experience, including managing a $2M+ annual portfolio.
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Self-starter who thrives independently and collaborates seamlessly across teams (creative, production, operations).
  • A strong network of industry contacts and the ability to build trust quickly with clients.
  • Solid understanding of event planning, production, logistics, and client services—particularly for corporate meetings, incentives, general sessions, and conferences.
  • Familiarity with current trends in experiential marketing and event design.
  • Experience working with large, matrixed organizations and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a polished, client-centric approach.
  • Resourcefulness and drive in prospecting, qualifying, and winning new business.
  • Experience using CRM systems (SharpSpring preferred) and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) required, along with a working knowledge of Google Docs and Google Drive.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering creative, strategic solutions.
