Job description

Rivkin Radler is seeking associates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in complex litigation to join our Uniondale, Long Island office. 


Position Requirements:

 

A minimum of one year of experience, with excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and a commitment to handling challenging and demanding litigation work.
Insurance and/or healthcare fraud experience a plus. Associate will be responsible for all aspects of investigation and litigation in both state and federal courts.

Hybrid Hours:
Minimum 3 days a week in office.  2 days a week remotely.

The annualized salary range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
