Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, utilizing diagnostic tools and interviews to gather information essential for developing personalized treatment plans.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practices are upheld at all times.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop holistic care strategies, enhancing treatment outcomes through continuous communication and shared insights.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and available resources, offering support and guidance throughout the recovery process.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health care to incorporate new strategies into your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Each client presents unique needs and experiences, requiring you to be adaptable and sensitive in your approach. Your ability to cultivate therapeutic relationships will be key to empowering clients on their paths to healing.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Possession of a valid LCSW license in California is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating your capacity to provide quality care.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience
