Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to identify their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions suited to each individual.
• Implement therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring all documentation is compliant with HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to provide holistic care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and coping strategies, fostering an environment of support.
• Stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices through ongoing professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with primarily include adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, from trauma recovery to managing persistent anxiety and depressive disorders. Many of our clients have complex backgrounds, and your expertise in understanding and addressing their unique experiences will be vital to their healing process. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
