Working primarily with specialty cuisine, this role supports a large team of 15 or more members and is essential for maintaining high standards of food quality, order accuracy, and efficient service throughout all operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to restaurant standards
- Expedite orders promptly and accurately to service staff
- Maintain quality control of all dishes before service
- Set up and organize stations for peak efficiency
- Conduct inventory checks to ensure supply readiness
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
