Working primarily with specialty cuisine, this role supports a large team of 15 or more members and is essential for maintaining high standards of food quality, order accuracy, and efficient service throughout all operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to restaurant standards
• Expedite orders promptly and accurately to service staff
• Maintain quality control of all dishes before service
• Set up and organize stations for peak efficiency
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure supply readiness
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
• Coordinate with team members to optimize workflow
• Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in restaurant service
