***$5000 Sign on Bonus for Full time Clinicians

Central Coast Home Health & Hospice is a fast-growing organization with an excellent reputation throughout the Central Coast. We are now seeking a Part time or Full time Night Shift RN to work with our home health & hospice patients in the Goleta to Carpinteria area.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled night nurse to provide high-quality care to home health and hospice patients. The night nurse will be able to work from home answering and triaging calls,but be available to travel to patient's homes or facilities if a visit is needed within the Goleta to Carpinteria area. This role focuses on delivering comfort, dignity, and clinical excellence during overnight hours, supporting patients and families through critical and sensitive times.

Work schedule: between 5PM to 8AM. This position is able to work from home during the shift unless a nursing visit is needed.

Requirements:

- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License

- Reliable vehicle, current auto insurance & clean driving record

- CPR certified (BLS for Healthcare Provider)

- Minimum one (1) year of professional experience in nursing.

 -Home Health/Hospice or ER experience a plus

We offer competitive pay, medical, dental, & vision benefit, paid personal and sick time off, 401(k), gym membership, flexible schedules, in-house continuing education and reimbursement for outside training. Work from home, completing in-home visits as needed.  

Hourly rate ranges from $39-$42/hour, 15-hour shifts with overtime and double time each shift resulting in average hourly earnings of $52-$55/hour.
