• Perform meticulous assessments and screenings using diagnostic tools and clinical interviews to understand clients’ mental health concerns thoroughly.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges, utilizing therapeutic modalities that are evidence-based and outcome-focused.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to enhance client engagement and progress.
• Engage in collaborative care by actively communicating with other professionals in the treatment team to ensure integrated and coordinated client care.
• Educate and support clients' families by providing resources and guidance to foster their involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards by meticulously maintaining client records and documentation.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Everside Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated training or considerable experience in mental health counseling, indicating advanced skills in various therapeutic methods.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices appropriate for a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Experience in telehealth services and a familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• Direct experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural influences on mental health.
