• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations for new and returning clients, accurately assessing their mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, family conflicts, and trauma.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring that all aspects of care conform to established medical and legal standards.
• Maintain detailed and precise documentation of all patient interactions, therapy sessions, and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide effective crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and prioritizing safety.
• Engage in case management by collaborating with a network of healthcare providers, coordinating referrals, and facilitating communication between clients and their families.
• Consult regularly with team members and other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment plans, patient progress, and necessary adjustments to care strategies.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to remain current on best practices and innovations in mental health treatment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support overall clinic operations and patient care standards.

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client and helping them navigate their pathways to wellness.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and independent licensure in the state of residence as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills that enable the quick formulation of robust treatment plans.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital tools for remote therapy delivery.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, effectively managing potentially volatile situations while ensuring client safety.

• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting, particularly in telehealth, is advantageous.
• Experience providing care to diverse populations, including various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
