Job description

Title : Interview Scheduler
Location: Nashua , NH (Remote)
Us Citizenship required
Pay : $24.55/hr on W2!
Shift : 9/80 schedule , 8:00am - 5:00pm
3 months contract to begin with
Position Description
• This role provides interview scheduling support for the ES Talent Acquisition team.
• Position will use our applicant tracking system to review requisitions, send (via email and phone call) candidate information and contact Interview Team members.
• This role will use MS Outlook to schedule phone, MS Teams and onsite interviews with candidates and interview teams.
• This person will also be responsible for coordinating candidate travel with our travel agency. This role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service both internally and externally.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Skills Required
• 6+ months of administrative work experience, preference for candidates with Recruitment Support experience.
• Experience using MS Outlook, specifically calendar management
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (preference for candidates that have used Kenexa)
• Great Customer Service Skills -Strong attention to detail
• Experience using MS Excel
• Comfortable with technology and quickly learns new tools
Experience Required
6+ months of administrative experience
