About the Role
We are looking for skilled Instructional Design Coordinators to join the Technical Learning & Development team on a contract basis. This role focuses on creating high-quality, engaging technical training materials. The ideal candidate will combine strong instructional design expertise with hands-on experience in eLearning software, multimedia development, and rapid content production.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with subject matter experts and team members to develop effective training content.
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to structure impactful learning experiences.
Create multimedia assets including video, audio, simulations, and interactive modules.
Ensure delivery of high-quality training content within tight timelines.
Maintain consistency using standard templates, tools, and corporate training guidelines.
Demonstrated experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs.
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in multimedia development (video/audio editing, interactive content).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities independently.
Experience supporting technical or compliance training projects.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
