We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Reservations Assistant to support travel booking and scheduling coordination in a remote environment.
This role focuses on assisting with reservations, organizing client details, and ensuring all arrangements are handled accurately and efficiently. It's a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with details, providing support, and helping create smooth, organized experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating travel reservations, including accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages
  • Gather and organize client information, preferences, and travel details
