Prestigious international bank seeks a Credit Risk Analyst (Remote setting available) responsible for credit risk management and related administrative work for Corporate Finance Department. Works with and assists the Account Officers to service the Bank's corporate clients. Develops<\/span> and analyzes all types of credit information including financial statements, completes all documents (including projections), prepares analysis and makes appropriate recommendations. <\/span><\/span>

Primary responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Financial statement analysis of borrowers (historical and future projections) of their parent companies;<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Preparation of credit applications, for new, renewals, amendments and extensions<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Preparation of various applications relating to non\-credit business such as fee waiver, daylight overdraft, etc.<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Credit rating, both for borrowers and for each facility<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Credit monitoring including conducting covenant checks<\/span>
<\/p>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist in asset quality assessment;<\/span>

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • P<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>rior<\/span><\/span> <\/span>banking, rating agency or other financial institution experience is preferred<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual Japanese preferred, but not required)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Prior experience in financial statements \/ cash flow \/ credit analysis highly preferred<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Good analytical, organizational and communication skills<\/span>
