Job description

This is a client-facing role centered on education, communication, and long-term service-not cold calling or outbound prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
  • Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain organized and accurate digital records
  • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure a positive client experience
  • Participate in mentorship, skills development, and team training sessions

Qualifications
