CNC Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager


Region: East Coast, US
Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000
Employment Type: Full-Time


We are seeking an experienced CNC Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager to join a manufacturer of 5-axis CNC machining centers to drive growth and support key customers across the East Coast, US.


CNC Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across the Eastern Coast of the US for 5-axis CNC machining centers and high precision metal cutting equipment by identifying new business opportunities and providing technical machining solutions.
  • Build and expand strong customer relationships by positioning our machining solutions to meet production and performance needs.
  • Develop strong technical knowledge of our CNC machine tools and effectively communicate their application and value to customers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Execute regional sales plans, manage budgets, and provide regular market and performance updates to leadership.


CNC Sales Engineer / Regional Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or applications role working with 5-axis CNC machining centers, CNC machine tools, or metal cutting equipment is highly advantageous.
  • Strong technical understanding of machining processes, tooling, and applications in CNC machining and metal cutting.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend tailored machining solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to NC, SC, PA, MA, CT, NJ, NH, OH, WV.


Additional Information:

  • CNC machine tool industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with capital equipment sales, CNC machining centers, or precision machining environments is highly desirable
  • East Coast territory sales role covering multiple states
