A Work From Home Chargeback Analyst is responsible for investigating and resolving disputed transactions between customers and businesses, typically related to credit card or payment processing issues. They analyze chargeback claims, review transaction data, and gather supporting documentation to determine the validity of disputes. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of financial and payment processing systems.
