• Conduct initial assessments to collaboratively set and achieve personalized treatment goals with clients.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy sessions, ensuring evidence-based methodologies are utilized for effective outcomes.
• Implement and regularly review treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and placement agencies to create a cohesive support network for clients.
• Ensure all clinical documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain an active caseload while upholding our standard of care and client engagement.
• Participate in regular staff meetings, contributing to ongoing team training and development.
• Help enrich our organizational culture by bringing new ideas and perspectives to the team.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, encompassing a wide range of ages and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, making a meaningful impact in their lives through tailored, evidence-based care.

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client engagement.
• Ability to build strong rapport with clients and possess a client-centered, empathetic approach.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to contributing positively to team dynamics.

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and referral networks to provide comprehensive client support.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is a plus.
• Background in utilizing evidence-based practices in the treatment of mental health disorders.
