• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients to identify and achieve personalized treatment goals.

• Documenting patient progress and ensuring all records are maintained in compliance with state and federal regulations, guaranteeing documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Participating in regular staff meetings and team-building activities to contribute to a positive clinic culture and enhance service delivery.

• Possession of a current valid license as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or clinical settings, demonstrating competence in delivering effective therapeutic interventions.
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources, enabling you to make appropriate referrals when needed.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong capability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Experience working in community mental health settings and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation systems and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) software.
• Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus, as is previous involvement in professional development activities.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on qualifications and experience.
• Continuing Education Unit (CEU) reimbursement to support professional growth.
