This position offers a base salary range of $54,288.00 - $98,706.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

OVERVIEW
Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive performance, engagement, and growth across our workforce. Collaborate with subject matter experts, peers, and business leaders to create scalable, learner-centric solutions that align with the Sheetz mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Design and develop engaging and impactful learning experiences using instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and digital tools
2. Translate business needs into effective learning strategies and assets including eLearning, blended learning, and microlearning
3. Conduct needs analysis, which includes, but is not limited to, analyzing learners, conducting task analysis, performing gap analysis and establishing measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the training solutions to measure learner's knowledge, skills, behaviors, and improved job performance.
4. Manage multiple assigned projects to identify and resolve barriers and ensure program deliverables, milestones, and timelines are met.
5. Collaborate and promote working relationships with Business Partners and Subject Matter Experts to integrate training solutions, establish learning objectives, review content for accuracy and meaning to ensure efficient and effective solutions.
6. Research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in technology, trends, and best practices in the learning and development industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field (Master's preferred)
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience designing corporate learning solutions, using design tools, with an understanding of adult learning theory, ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design models
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Licenses/Certifications
• Design Thinking/Instructional Design Certification preferred
