Shift: Sun-Wed Day's
Salary: $22.00 + $1.50 Shift Differential
Responsibilities:
Supports, trains and certifies newly hired LTOs
Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner
In the absence of the Shift Supervisor the Lead will act as Supervisor as needed
Inventories materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed
Assists Supervisors and management of the facility in planning, assigning and directing work
Assist LTO's with daily issues
Assist other Leads and Supervisors with ensuring that policies, procedures, and best
practices are being followed
Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance
when observed.
Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment
(e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety
policies.
