Laborer 1 – Underground Construction
Location: Reno, NV
Department: Field
Type: Full-Time


About the Role
This is hands-on underground construction work. You will support crews installing utilities, trenching, backfilling, spotting equipment, and keeping jobsites safe and productive.


If you like physical work, being part of a crew, and going home knowing you did something real, this role may be a good fit.

What You’ll Do
• Support underground utility and trenching work
• Assist operators and foremen on active jobsites
• Spot equipment and help identify utilities
• Load, unload, and stage tools and materials
• Perform backfill and site cleanup
• Wear PPE and follow safety procedures at all times
• Help keep the job moving safely and efficiently

Requirements Required:
