Job Summary:
Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Frontend Developer to enhance their documentation websites and streamline collaboration between design and development. The role involves creating Figma plugins, implementing new site features, optimizing performance, and ensuring strong interdepartmental relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Creating Figma plugins to streamline work between design and development
• Working with designers to implement new site features, responsiveness, and functionality to our documentation websites (Storybook and WordPress Gutenberg)
• Researching and implementing best technology solutions based on current industry trends and project requirements
• Implementing an optimized process that integrates GitHub repositories consisting of React UI components and Figma libraries
• Transferring data between CMS platforms
• Ensuring optimized performance for WordPress sites and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• Building strong relationships across different business units and functions
• Suggest improvements from a customer-backed mindset to set up environments that improve our product team creativity and velocity Are comfortable experimenting, iterating and adapting to new directions
• Have a solid track record of planning and finishing tasks on time
• Have great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Use a design-thinking process to solve problems and implement solutions
• Obsess about delivering polished and considerate customer experiences
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development
• An expert in front-end development, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and GitHub API
• Familiarity with Style Dictionary or other design token management tools
• Experience with Javascript frameworks like React and Angular.js
• Strong understanding of web accessibility, responsive design, and website performance
