Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI & Web Marketing Designer to design, build, and deploy conversion-focused landing pages for digital marketing campaigns. This role will partner closely with our creative and marketing teams to transform campaign strategies, offers, messaging, and creative direction into polished landing page experiences. The ideal contractor combines strong visual design capabilities with hands-on WordPress development experience and a deep understanding of conversion-focused user experiences.

The individual will be responsible for designing landing pages in Figma and building fully functional, responsive pages in WordPress. This individual must be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced, agency-style environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and producing a high quantity of landing pages without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Design conversion-focused landing pages, campaign pages, lead-generation pages, and sales funnels in Figma.
  • Build and deploy approved landing page designs within WordPress.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, copy, and paid media teams to develop landing pages that support campaign goals.
  • Translate creative briefs, messaging, offers, and brand direction into clear and compelling user experiences.
  • Create responsive landing pages optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Build reusable page sections, templates, and modular design systems to improve production speed.
  • Implement forms, calls to action, video content, tracking integrations, and other campaign-specific functionality.
  • Make rapid updates and revisions based on stakeholder feedback, testing results, and changing campaign needs.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure pages function properly across browsers and devices.
  • Support landing page testing, optimization, and ongoing performance improvements.
  • Ensure all pages meet brand, accessibility, usability, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience designing and developing landing pages for performance marketing
  • campaigns.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused landing page design and WordPress
  • development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of responsive web design.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying pages in WordPress.
  • Solid understanding of conversion-rate optimization, user experience, information hierarchy, and direct-response marketing.
  • Experience working with WordPress page builders, themes, plugins, forms, and integrations.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to troubleshoot and customize page experiences.
  • Ability to work quickly, manage multiple landing page projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to independently take projects from initial design through deployment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working within an agency, internal creative agency, or high-volume performance marketing environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms, analytics tools, and campaign-tracking integrations.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, page-speed optimization, SEO fundamentals, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience developing reusable WordPress templates and modular landing page systems.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
