Job description

About the role
The shipping processor lead will process all incoming electronic customer orders, assign pickers to each order and verify order completion before customer shipment. Act as a coach for all shipping processing questions with problem solving attributes.
What you'll do
• Accurately review, process, print and verify order completion
• Train and coach all shipping processors
• Track mis-ships and mistakes for problem resolution
• Process orders from our online store into our WMS system.
• Review each order ensuring customer demographic, payments and inventory accuracy
• Answer customer service-related phone calls and email requests
• Communicate discrepancies
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Support documentation as needed
• Keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse experience a plus
• 1+ year experience in a lead role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and describe products accurately and thoroughly
• Customer Service experience preferred
• NetSuite experience a bonus
Physical Demands:
Standing, Walking, Reaching/Bending, Endurance, Balancing/Mobility, Manual Dexterity, Exposure to varying conditions, Repetitive Motion, Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises: 8-hour work shift
