Job description

Job Overview

Assists in daily clerical duties which may include, preparing new patient information packets, calling patients on wait and bump lists, filing, data entry, basic data entry or word processing, assisting with clinic survey services, and/or faxing, copying files, etc.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare New Patient Information Packets
  • Assembles appropriate new patient information and prepares packet for mailing
  • Utilizes IDX and written documents to determine appropriate information to be sent to individual patients
  • Telephone & System Management
  • Filing & Word Processing
  • Accurately and efficiently types word documents
  • Accurately processes and files documents
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Data entry work
  • Additional adhoc duties as needed

  • Currently enrolled in college
