We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with students to help them develop the skills necessary for academic success, independence, and daily functioning.

Responsibilities:
Student Support & Therapy
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including physical, developmental, sensory, and emotional challenges
Support students in developing self-regulation, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills
Implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student’s educational goals
Evaluation & Program Development
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with SLPs, teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
Communicate outcomes and updates clearly with all stakeholders, in meetings (ie. parent conferences, IEP meetings)
Provide strategies and tools for classroom integration and home carryover
Track, document, and report student progress in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain organized and compliant student records

Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric settings
Preferred:
Previous experience working in a school setting
Familiarity with sensory integration, fine motor development, and assistive technology
Strong understanding of developmental milestones and educational impact
