Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with students to help them develop the skills necessary for academic success, independence, and daily functioning.

This is an ideal opportunity for an OT who is passionate about working in a collaborative, student-centered environment and wants to make a meaningful difference both in and out of the classroom.

Responsibilities:

Student Support & Therapy

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including physical, developmental, sensory, and emotional challenges

  • Support students in developing self-regulation, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills

  • Implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each student’s educational goals

Evaluation & Program Development

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments using standardized and functional tools

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with SLPs, teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success

  • Communicate outcomes and updates clearly with all stakeholders, in meetings (ie. parent conferences, IEP meetings)

  • Provide strategies and tools for classroom integration and home carryover

  • Track, document, and report student progress in a timely and accurate manner

  • Maintain organized and compliant student records

Required:
