Job Description

This position requires strong, demonstrable experience in creating a variety of complex documents and spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel.

We are seeking an individual with a strong working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.  This position will involve preparing proposals, business correspondence, applications, policy binders and other presentations.  Additional duties will involve monitoring supply inventories and providing back-up support on our front desk phones.

Qualifications

All of the following are requirements for this position.

  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills
  • Sold working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.  Must be able to independetly create and maintain very detailed Excel spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of proper business correspondence forms
  • High level of detail orientation
  • Ability to properly prioritize competing work tasks and requirements
  • Ability to maintain composure during peak work times
