Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per-Diem Opportunities Available!

SHIFTS (FT/PT): 7:00AM - 3:00PM, 3:00PM - 11:00PM, 11:00PM - 7:00AM

SHIFTS (PRN): Any 8-HOUR SHIFT! (MUST WORK 4 SHIFTS A MONTH PLUS 2 HOLIDAYS)

Hourly Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hr (Based on Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

Shift Differentials:

$0.75 for Evening and Night Shifts on Weekdays

$1.75 for Evening and Night Shifts on Weekends

No Frills Program For Full-Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay.

Responsibilities for CNAs:
  • Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
  • Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
  • Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
  • Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
Qualifications for CNAs:
  • Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
