New England Wood Floors Inc is looking for skilled Wood Flooring Installers and Sanders to join our team in Pembroke, MA! Responsibilities:
  • Install hardwood, engineered, and specialty wood flooring in residential and commercial settings
  • Sand and refinish existing wood floors to restore and enhance their appearance
  • Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials with precision and attention to detail
  • Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper moisture conditions
  • Apply stains, sealers, and finish coats to achieve desired results
  • Operate and maintain flooring tools and equipment including sanders, nailers, and saws
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in hardwood floor installation, sanding, or finishing preferred
  • Knowledge of various wood flooring types, materials, and installation methods
  • Ability to operate floor sanders, edge sanders, and related power tools safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the greater Pembroke, MA area
