Job description

Starting pay is $19.50?$23.00 per hour, depending on experience. Employees may be eligible for a pay increase after 90 days.

First Shift: Hours may vary each week but are typically Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM ? 3:30 PM. Must be willing to work additional overtime on Saturdays (5:00 AM ? 1:30 PM) as needed.

Employees may listen to personal music while working, in accordance with company policy.

Benefits include 2 weeks of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and paid sick leave, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

*Applicants with prior spraying experience must complete an in-person performance spray test during the interview process.

Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, this position performs a variety of functions involved in the finishing of wood products, including sealing, staining, and painting. The goal is to manufacture quality parts according to Work Order specifications while meeting quality and production standards. Specific duties may vary depending on the assigned department. This position may be reassigned or adjusted based on production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Applies spray sealer and topcoats
  • Applies spray stains and wipe stains
  • Matches stains and finishes to custom colors
  • Repairs parts and chairs as needed
  • Performs quality checks according to established standards
  • Maintains basic preventive maintenance on spray booths and equipment
  • Performs basic functions within the ERP system (e.g., clocking in/out, work order updates)
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards
  • Works safely and follows all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
