Production:
Pay: $17 - $20ph
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 4pm, overtime as needed on Fridays
Location: Two Rivers, WI
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join a local manufacturing company in Manitowoc County as a General Production Worker. This position will assist with the production and finishing of wood products, including sanding and general material handling. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has good attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
  • Sand wood products and components by hand and/or using sanding equipment to create a smooth, quality finish.
  • Inspect wood pieces for defects or imperfections and ensure products meet quality expectations.
  • Handle, move, stack, and organize wood materials and finished products throughout the production area.
  • Assist with various stages of the production and finishing process as needed.
  • Use basic hand tools and production equipment as trained.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Previous manufacturing, woodworking, sanding, construction, or general labor experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on work throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around wood dust, tools, and production equipment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, reaching, and other physical production tasks.
