Job description

Grayson Fencing is looking for reliable general laborers to assist with fence installations. This position involves working outdoors with a crew installing fencing for residential and commercial customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to learn a skilled trade.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday

  • Occasional Saturdays depending on workload

Responsibilities

  • Move fencing materials and tools around job sites

  • Dig post holes using hand tools or equipment

  • Set fence posts in concrete

  • Assist with fence installation (vinyl, aluminum, wood, chain link)

  • Clean up dirt and debris from the job site

  • Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical outdoor labor

  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly

  • Reliable transportation to job sites

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Construction or landscaping experience is a plus (not required)
