Our ideal candidates are fully licensed therapists who are passionate about promoting mental well-being and are keen to work in a setting that values collaboration and continuous growth.

About the Organization

Resilient Women's Health Hub is a premier mental health clinic located in San Antonio, Texas, focusing on women's mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. We are dedicated to offering comprehensive mental health services aimed at providing our clients with the tools they need to navigate their unique life experiences. Our team collaborates closely with other healthcare professionals to foster an integrative approach to mental wellness.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively while reaching a diverse clientele in various settings. Working from the comfort of your home, you will be part of a supportive network of skilled professionals who prioritize mental health care. We encourage a culture where ongoing education, peer supervision, and professional development are at the forefront of our operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, interviews, and screenings to understand clients' mental health challenges, and construct tailored treatment plans aligned with their needs.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care that addresses clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, promoting involvement in the therapeutic process and empowering them through the recovery journey.
  • Create and maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations, to facilitate the continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus lies in serving women from various backgrounds, including those dealing with trauma, chronic stress, and mental health disorders exacerbated by socio-economic factors. You will have the chance to work with individuals who benefit from culturally competent practices and personalized care plans designed to encourage recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is essential, with a master’s or doctoral degree strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, alongside a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, thus enhancing their therapeutic experience.
  • Proficient communication skills that allow effective collaboration within a treatment team.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or women’s mental health are highly desirable. Experience in remote counseling and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Join us with a competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $104,000, reflecting your experience and professional qualifications.
  • Benefit from a comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a retirement savings plan that supports your financial well-being.
  • Access generous paid time off options to promote a healthy work-life balance, enabling you to recharge and dedicate time to personal pursuits.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions designed to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.
  • Become part of a compassionate team environment that values your contributions and encourages collaborative growth.
