The Document Control, Standards & BIM Program Lead is responsible for establishing, administering, and continuously improving Wolfspeed's Facilities document control, digital standards, and construction data management processes across global semiconductor facilities programs. This role emphasizes administrative ownership, systems governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent, accurate, and accessible project information throughout the full lifecycle.
This position serves as the owner and administrator of document control systems, Common Data Environment (CDE), and construction technology platforms-including Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 and Procore-ensuring effective data organization, user access management, and adherence to established standards and procedures.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role ensures that systems, workflows, and data practices are aligned and integrated, supporting efficient project delivery, regulatory compliance, and long-term facilities operations. The role requires a highly organized, process-driven individual with an understanding of how tools, policies, and cross-functional team workflows interconnect and impact overall performance.

Here's the Gist:
Wolfspeed is seeking a Document Control, Standards & BIM Program Lead to join the Facilities Business Operations team. This role is primarily focused on administrative leadership, systems governance, and cross-functional coordination supporting document control, digital standards, and construction technology platforms across Wolfspeed's global semiconductor facilities portfolio.
This position serves as the owner and administrator of Wolfspeed's Facilities document control program, Common Data Environment (CDE), and BIM-related systems-including Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 and Procore-ensuring consistency, accessibility, and quality of information across the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and understands the interdependencies between facilities, construction, engineering, and operations teams, with an appreciation for how policies, procedures, systems, and data flows impact one another.
This role partners closely with stakeholders to standardize processes, improve workflows, and maintain governance across platforms, while ensuring effective data management and user adoption.
The Day-to-Day:
  • Own and administer Wolfspeed's Facilities Document Control Program and CDE, ensuring document integrity, version control, auditability, and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain and continuously improve standards, processes, and procedures for document management, data governance, and digital delivery across all facilities projects.

  • Serve as system administrator for Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 and Procore, including user access management, permissions, project setup, workflow configuration, and data organization.

  • Coordinate across Facilities, Engineering, Construction, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of systems, workflows, and data requirements.

  • Act as a central point of coordination to ensure consistency and integration between tools, processes, and stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

  • Develop and manage forms, workflows, and automation solutions using Microsoft tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms) to improve efficiency and standardization.

  • Support the development and enforcement of digital delivery standards and BIM-related procedures, ensuring consistent execution from design through handover.

  • Assist project teams with data organization, model navigation, and document structuring within BIM and construction platforms.

  • Oversee data and document handover at project closeout, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and usability for downstream facilities and operations teams.

  • Provide training, support, and guidance to internal users and external partners on systems, standards, and document control processes.

  • Monitor and evaluate system usage and process effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following (or equivalent experience): Information Systems / Information Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field

  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in document control, systems administration, facilities operations, or construction project support in lieu of a degree

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with experience managing complex document control processes across multiple teams or projects.

  • Demonstrated understanding of how systems, processes, policies, and procedures interact across facilities, construction, and operations environments.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and SharePoint, to develop workflows and process improvements.

  • Working knowledge of BIM and construction platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, Revizto, and AutoCAD, with the ability to:

  • Navigate models and project environments

  • Organize and manage data

  • Administer user roles and permissions

  • Experience managing or supporting a Common Data Environment (CDE) and document lifecycle processes.

  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, acting as a bridge between systems, data, and people.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality, consistency, and governance.
