Job description

Strong knowledge of Manhattan WMS tools and related functionalities.

Provide Warehouse Management System (WMS) expertise to the project team and work closely with client-dedicated resources and project stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills along with strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external customers.

Deliver regular updates and progress reports to the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities:

Hands-on experience in system configuration of WMS, including:

Functional System Testing

Integration Testing

Test Script Writing

Training

Go-Live Support

Post-Startup Support

Ensure WMS is properly integrated end-to-end with all systems and conforms to specifications.

Create functional requirements and use cases, and coordinate requirements walk-throughs and sign-offs.

Collaborate with vendors and clients to perform software testing and report on quality metrics.

Experience in:

Developing an overall testing strategy

Writing test scripts

Configuring Manhattan WMS solutions

Executing tests and communicating results back to the client Managing client training, developing training documentation, and executing training sessions

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Manhattan Active WM (highly preferable).

Strong technical WMS expertise is a significant plus.

Advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills, including:

Developing complex reporting queries

Packages, procedures, views, etc.
