ABOUT THE ROLE
The Restock Driver will be responsible for retrieving inventory from both floor locations and up-stock storage for Product Transfers and deliver to the designated area for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver is required to operate machinery following all safety rules and regulations.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$21.12 hourly
Monday - Friday (12PM-8:30PM), Full-Time, Non-exempt
Onsite: 15400 S. Green Road - Olathe, KS 66061

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Operate material handling equipment needed to perform primary role i.e; Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser (Cart), Pallet jack, Scanners, Tablets and Company WMS.
  • Perform and complete daily safety inspection check list for all equipment used.
  • Maintain productivity minimum requirements CPH, and work with a sense of urgency
  • Retrieve inventory from up-stock and floor locations and deliver to designated areas
  • Operate barcode scanner and use warehouse software
  • Act professionally and remain focused while working
  • Safely operate all warehouse equipment
  • Follow directions of leadership
  • Perform cleaning activities as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Have the physical strength and dexterity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to use electronic devices and basic computer/reporting skills
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to operate warehouse machinery - Forklift/Cherry Picker Driver Experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repetitively
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers quickly and accurately
  • Ability to read and understand labels written in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when required
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
Must be able to wear proper safety equipment if required (examples include safety toe shoes, bump caps and safety vest). Note: PPE is company-provided with a $100 stipend on safety-toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for your specific role - not all roles require specific PPE. Please check with your HR/Training team for details on if your role requires specific PPE.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
In performing the job of a Restock Driver, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing are required for the operation of warehouse machinery.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
  • The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
  • The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
