Location: Herbally Yours, Inc.

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

Herbally Yours is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This hands-on position plays a critical role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Load and unload incoming deliveries and outbound freight safely and efficiently
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards
  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory and materials
  • Complete packing slips, shipping documents, receiving records, and other required paperwork accurately
  • Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software for inventory transactions, order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping activities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, safety concerns, or equipment issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and GMPcompliant warehouse environment
  • Follow all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety requirements
  • Operate a company box truck for local pickups and deliveries as needed
  • Assist other departments and perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

    Required
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Forklift operating experience
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate a box truck
  • Experience using warehouse inventory or WMS software
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry materials throughout the workday
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
    • Preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing, food, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement environment
  • Familiarity with inventory control and shipping software
    • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment with changing workloads and priorities
