Job description

This is a FAST MOVING role with our Direct Client and the right candidate will be interviewed very quickly.

Location: Glendale, AZ (100% Onsite)

Level: Junior to Mid-Level (L1/L2 Support)

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive IT Support Resource to provide dedicated onsite support for our Glendale, AZ distribution center. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues, ensuring smooth daily operations by troubleshooting technical hurdles and collaborating closely with our central IT teams in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Manhattan WMi (iSeries-based WMS).

  • Troubleshoot and maintain warehouse hardware, including RF handheld scanners, vehicle-mounted units, and thermal label printers.

  • Act as the onsite liaison for the central IT and WMS teams located in East Coast

  • Assist warehouse staff with system navigation, login issues, and basic transaction errors.

  • Document recurring issues and provide feedback to the central team for long-term resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or warehouse operations role.

  • Software: Foundational knowledge of Manhattan WMi or similar WMS platforms.

  • Technical: Familiarity with AS/400 (IBM i) navigation is a significant plus.

  • Hardware: Hands-on experience troubleshooting mobile devices and industrial printers.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate floor issues into technical tickets for remote teams.

  • Availability: Must be able to work onsite at the Glendale warehouse full-time.
