The Role
We're hiring one Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate who takes pride in getting the details right. You'll be hands-on with every order we ship - picking, packing, and sending out the goods our customers have been waiting for, and keeping our warehouse stocked, organized, and moving.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship daily customer orders across andar.com, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
- Inspect leather goods for quality before they go out the door - our name is on every one
- Receive, unpack, and put away inbound shipments and inventory
- Keep inventory counts accurate through cycle counts and restocking
- Label, sort, and stage shipments for carrier pickup
- Keep workstations and the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Help with returns processing and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and on time - this is a team that counts on each other
- Strong attention to detail; fast is good, right is better
- Comfortable on your feet and moving throughout the day
- Able to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer comfort (shipping software, scanners, tablets)
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, not required - we'll train the right person
- Flexible for occasional weekend shifts during our busier seasons
- Team attitude: willing to jump in wherever the day takes you
