Inventory Control Clerk

Location: Chandler, AZ
Company: Premium 3PL
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Position Summary
Premium 3PL is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support our daily
warehouse operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, replenishing
stock, receiving inbound shipments, and ensuring products are organized and readily available for order
fulfillment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining inventory accuracy in
a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Attend daily team huddles to review assignments, priorities, and incoming shipments.
Perform inventory replenishment for assigned clients accurately and efficiently.
Restock bins and pickable locations to ensure uninterrupted order fulfillment.
Receive, inspect, and stage inbound shipments.
Verify incoming products against packing lists and report discrepancies.
Prepare outbound parcels for scheduled carrier pickups.
Pull and stage Amazon inventory as assigned by leadership.
Coordinate with team members to complete daily operational tasks.
Monitor facility access points for deliveries and pickups.
Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate inventory discrepancies.
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
Communicate daily updates, outstanding tasks, and operational concerns to leadership.
Participate in weekly meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with packing customer orders as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems are a plus.
