  • Transform Global Distribution Through Technology
    We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive the strategy, implementation, and optimization of warehouse technology across our global distribution network. This is a unique opportunity for a technology and supply chain leader to influence business transformation, accelerate operational excellence, and shape the future of our warehouse operations on a global scale.
    In this role, you will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT leadership to design and deploy scalable WMS solutions that improve inventory accuracy, enhance productivity, enable automation, and support continued business growth. You will serve as the organization's trusted advisor for warehouse technologies, helping establish best practices and a long-term digital roadmap across multiple regions.
    What You'll Do
    Lead end-to-end WMS implementations across a global network of distribution centers, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
    Serve as the technical and functional expert for leading WMS platforms such as Manhattan Associates, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Blue Yonder, and similar enterprise solutions.
    Collaborate with business and operational leaders to translate complex warehouse requirements into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
    Establish and drive global standards for warehouse processes, system architecture, data governance, and integration strategies.
    Partner with ERP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), automation technologies, robotics, Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), conveyor systems, and related technologies to ensure seamless operational integration.
    Evaluate emerging technologies and lead vendor selection, solution assessments, and strategic roadmap development.
    Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, order fulfillment performance, labor productivity, warehouse throughput, and operational efficiency.
    Develop and present executive-level business cases, implementation strategies, and transformation roadmaps to senior leadership.
    Ensure compliance with enterprise IT governance, cybersecurity standards, system controls, and documentation requirements.
    Mentor project teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners while serving as a key leader throughout the project lifecycle.
    What You'll Bring
    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Warehouse Management Systems within complex supply chain and logistics environments.
    Proven success leading multiple WMS implementations across geographically dispersed distribution networks.
    Hands-on expertise with one or more leading WMS platforms, including:
    Manhattan Associates
    SAP EWM (Embedded or Decentralized)
    Blue Yonder (JDA)
    Other comparable enterprise WMS solutions
    Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment processes, labor management, and supply chain execution.
    Experience integrating WMS platforms with ERP systems, transportation systems, automation technologies, and material handling equipment.
    Exceptional problem-solving, project leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
    Ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional global teams.
