The WMCHealth Cancer Center is entering an exciting period of growth as we expand and build a comprehensive, destination cancer program for the Hudson Valley. WMCHealth Network is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to be based primarily at the Health Alliance Hospital located in Kingston, NY. This position will play a key role in the ongoing development and enhancement of a regional Hematology/Oncology Program as part of the WMCHealth Network. The incumbent will join a collegial team of exceptional providers in an established Hematology and Oncology practice as part of our CoC-accredited cancer program. The incumbent will provide care for patients with a broad range of both solid and liquid tumors at both our Kingston and Mid-Hudson facilities. The position reports to the Section Chief of Hematology & Medical Oncology.
Qualifications / Requirements:
In addition to board certification or eligibility, the candidate must be able to obtain a New York State medical license. Experience in malignant hematology is a required. Salary and appointment commensurate with background and experience.
