Real Estate Fixologist Wizard

Also known in the common tongue as: Facilities Sorcerer Real Estate Enchanter Dwelling Conjurer

Three Sixty is a full-service guild of passionate enchanters devoted to the residential, retail, and commercial realms. We are zealous guardians of our residents and the communities we steward. Our sacred code is bound by the ancient virtues ofintegrity, service, respect, humility, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. We undertake no quest unless it shall bring benefit to the community, the realm, and all its inhabitants.

The Summoning Brief

The chosen Wizard shall wield their craft daily across our holdings maintaining the curbside enchantment of all properties, executing repairs both great and small, overseeing remodeling incantations, and tending to the needs of current and prospective residents with grace and good cheer.

Arcane Disciplines & Spellwork Required

The Guild demands mastery across many schools of enchantment:

Plumbing Sorcery

  • Banish leaks, unclog cursed drains, and contain waterborne emergencies. Know when to summon a licensed Plumber Mage.

Electrical Divination

  • Diagnose circuit hexes, GFI anomalies, and current disturbances. Respect the limits of your practice; escalate dark magic to licensed electricians.

HVAC Elementalism

  • Perform ritual filter changes, test and cleanse air units, address thermostat curses. Coordinate with HVAC conjurers for complex enchantments.

Appliance Alchemy

  • Diagnose and restore enchanted household devices refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and disposal golems. Discern repair from replacement.

Carpentry & Drywall Craft

  • Adjust doors and windows, repair cabinetry, patch and finish drywall to a paintable standard. Shape wood and plaster to your will.
