As an Advanced Practice Providers you will provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll collaborate with several Medical Assistants, and PSRs and other providers.

We hire people, not words on paper. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:
Candidates with five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider, required.
Continuity clinic, with the ability to see acute patients
Ability to work extended hours, and weekends if needed
