We’re on the hunt for compassionate, enthusiastic go-getters to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs). No experience? No problem! If you’re passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we’ll give you everything you need to succeed — including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You’ll Do:
Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.

Who We’re Looking For:
✔ You're available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
✔ You have a high school diploma or GED
✔ You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
✔ You’re at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact

Caravel Pay Details:

  • No RBT? $17.41 - $19.15
  • Obtained your RBT 1? $18.32 - $21.07 with potential to move up to $25.49 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
