Job description

Momentum Behavior Services is practitioner-built and led by people who understand ABA because they've done the work. We're locally rooted, clinically focused, and serious about doing things the right way: with ethics, compliance, and quality care guiding how we grow. You won't feel like a number here. You'll have leaders who understand the realities of being a BCBA, systems that help you stay organized, and a team that knows your name and trusts your clinical judgment.
This full-time hybrid BCBA role is based in Byron, MN, with hours Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. You'll spend 3 days in clinic and 2 days working from home each week, giving you time for both hands-on clinical leadership and focused planning, documentation, supervision, and follow-up. You'll support a caseload of approximately 8-10 clients, build meaningful relationships with families and staff, and help drive progress you can actually see.

Hybrid Option: 3 days in office, 2 days virtual
Salary: $85,000-$94,000 per year
Additional Pay: Monthly BCBA bonus incentive

What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
Own clinical outcomes for your assigned caseload
Monitor client progress, goal mastery, and discharge planning
Ensure authorized hours are used effectively
Conduct assessments, including FBAs, functional analyses when appropriate, and skills assessments such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R
Develop individualized, function-based Behavior Intervention Plans
Ensure programming meets medical necessity and payer requirements
Provide oversight for high-acuity cases and crisis situations
Review data and adjust interventions as needed
Make real-time clinical decisions during sessions
Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs according to BACB requirements
Model clinical skills and provide in-the-moment feedback
Support treatment fidelity, accurate data collection, and proper prompting and reinforcement strategies
Maintain audit-ready clinical records
Communicate regularly with caregivers and provide training and updates
What We're Looking For
Active BCBA certification through the BACB
State licensure, if applicable
2-3 years of ABA experience
Experience with high-acuity behaviors and complex cases
Strong supervision, coaching, and staff development skills
A collaborative, hands-on approach to clinical leadership
