Firewall Centers is looking for an organized, people-focused Elementary Coordinator who loves working with kids and thrives behind the scenes making programs run smoothly. In this role, you’ll support multiple elementary sites, empower staff, and help deliver high-quality programs that impact students every day.

What You’ll Do
  • Support daily operations across elementary sites and step in when coverage is needed.
  • Visit sites, observe programs, and help ensure a fun, safe, and high-quality student experience.
  • Assist with staff support, onboarding, and training.
  • Coordinate field trips, events, and family engagement activities.
  • Track data, maintain compliance, and keep programs running efficiently.
  • Manage supplies, vendors, and logistics across sites.

  • 2+ years of experience working with students preferred.
